[Scons-dev] Code of conduct?

Given the tide is in favour of having a CoC, and given current society
I will (albeit grudgingly (*)) admit we should adopt one, then it might
be wise to look around rather than just plump quickly for one. I like
and trust Skills Matter so into the pot for debate I put forward:  http

Context is important though: a CoC for a conference, a FOSS project, a
collection of FOSS projects, etc. all might need to be subtly different
because of the different context.


(*) Gavin King is (or at least has been) so anti-CoCs I suspect the
Ceylon community will never adopt one.
