Thanks for the clarification, Doug.  I apologize if I appeared to be putting
words into your mouth.  Not my intent.

You right... it IS Art's list and he can run it any way he wants.  It's just
that there is an appearance of double standards.  A rule put into place to
limit ADs which MOST people comply with.  Certain other inconsiderate people
do not.
