Window - It's part of the MacLoggerDX application.

When I do this, then quit MLDX without closing the UTC Clock first, the next time I launch MLDX, BOTH windows open on the MBP screen. I'm not sure what's going on Larry, I also have two screens and keep MacLoggerDX and the UTC clock on separate screens.

So far they always seem to remember which screen they belong on. It sounds like the Window position Prefs are not being remembered in your case but I'm not sure why.
