[DogParkList] Yaesu FT1000 MP mkV Field

I cannot seem to get either my 4.3 version to see the radio or the 5.  
demo.
I am using a MacBook Pro and a keyspan usb to serial adapter.  
(UPR-112) with the latest driver.
I am running OSX 10.5.8

The computer sees the keyspan and it shows up in the software.
I have tried numerous connection speeds, but no joy.

Any advice would be helpful.
My Orion is being repaired and I anticipate using that radio also when  
it comes back from ten-tec.

But for now, I would like to make the Yaesu work.
