[DogParkList] digital modes - slightly OT

Information presented here is useful but since I see the Signal Link
SL1+ mentioned, I have to ask: presumably those of you that have this
piece of hardware have gotten it to work. I have one and have hooked
it up and have played with it to no avail. I can barely make the PTT
idiot light light up with full audio, and I am not sure whether it is
a setting in the box or what? It's sitting on the shelf waiting for
when I have a little more time to tinker, but any suggestions would
be appreciated.
