[DogParkList] jpeg issue

All,

I tried an experiment today.  In prefs I selected QRZ CD rom and inserted the CD.  MLDX asked me to point to the cd on my desktop, which I did.  When I entered the call to search, it found the picture.  My question is, what is different between the QRZ online look up, which doesn't work, and the cd look up which works?
