The online lookup does work for QSL jpegs - but for some reason not  
at your location. This probably has something to do with your  
DirecWay proxy issue.
The CD has a much smaller selection of jpegs and they are read from  
the disk. The subscription service reads them from the internet.

To date the only people who have reported problems reading the jpegs  
from the internet are those using the DirecWay service.
