[DogParkList] MacLoggerDX Contest Helper question

I noticed that the date of the contest help data files was February of this year.  I downloaded the Oct version and placed them in the SCP folder.

The files from the source do not include the data file for sweepstakes.

Anyone know the difference between W/VE and sweepstakes files?  Wonder why the SS.dta is not included in the zip from the source.
