[DogParkList] MacloggerDX and DX Toolbox

This is a cool idea.

I believe DX Toolbox should be changed to take advantage of the radio
interface data that MacloogerDX uses - I too often have both on open on the
desktop at the same time.

It would be neat if they were conscious of each other and could share data,
frequency, time, beam direction and such.
