[DogParkList] ILGRadio Support in MacLoggerDX

For all you part-time (and full-time) SWL'ers - ILGRadio Listings  
support has been added to the Schedules Panel in MacLoggerDX 4.1b12...

There are popup Location and Language filters as well as a Now button  
to automatically sort by time and scroll to the current time. The Set  
Radio button (or double clicking on a table row) will set your radio  
to the row dataset frequency and the Add button will add the data set  
to your customized schedule.
