[DogParkList] Map Spots V 4.1.0 b1

When I start MacLogger DX the program posts spots to the map even though 
I am
not connected to the Internet. On re-start it posts the same spots 
again. I may have something
wrong with my set-up here, but it is not something obvious to me. I have 
the radio control
"enable" button unchecked. This is a new problem. MacLogger Dx used to 
function as
advertised. Any assistance will be appreciated.
