[DogParkList] MacLoggerDX Icom Transceive Commands

The most recent release of MacLoggerDX (v3.9.1) supports Icom 
Transceive commands.

These commands tell anyone listening on the CI-V bus that you have 
changed the frequency or mode of the rig manually via the radio's front 
panel.

If you experience any sluggishness of the VFO response while CI-V 
Transceive is enabled try turning it off in the Icom set-up menus.

It is not necessary for Transceive mode to be enabled for MacLoggerDX 
to work, but it is required by some band sensing antenna switchers etc.
