July Community Shabbat Evening

Featuring Holy Happy Hour! 

Friday, July 28th // CBI

Join us for an evening of friends, food, and worship!

Bim Bam Shabbat for Young Families at 5:30 p.m.

A special Shabbat experience for our families with young children!

Holy Happy Hour at 6:00 pm

Enjoy some relaxation, light snacks and drinks with your CBI friends!

Kabbalat Shabbat Service at 7:00 pm

We'll also be celebrating July birthdays! Come out for some birthday wishes
and a chocolate treat!

 

Beyond Bereavement Circle

THIS Thursday, July 27th // 4:00 - 5:30 pm // CBI

We invite those who have passed the first year of mourning to join this
safe, supportive, loving group. We will share our memories, challenges, and
the wisdom of our experience. Facilitated by Rabbi Helaine Ettinger, this
group is open to both members and non-members of CBI. The topic for this
meeting will be "Helpful and Unhelpful Advice We've Received About Grief."

Tisha B'av Observance

Wednesday, July 26th // 8:00 pm // Beth El in South Orange

Join Oheb Shalom, Beth El, and B'nai Israel congregations for a moving
evening commemorating Tisha b'Av, historically the saddest day in the Jewish
calendar.
