[Russel Winder]

I see that JetBrains new C/C++ IDE, CLion, assumes you will use CMake.
This will not be good for SCons use.

I also note that Netbeans assumes you will use Autotools for C/C++
projects, but that you can convince it to use SCons by devious means.
