[Scons-dev] Fwd: [GSoC Mentors Announce] Now Accepting Applications for Mentoring Organizations for GSoC 2014

Not that I have the time for it, but I'll be a mentor.  It's too good an
opportunity to pass up.  Dirk & Bill, I also like the packaging idea.
 Maybe we can propose both.
