Hello List,

I've seen these "black ball" lists backfire with the cost of just answering the accused's Civil Complaint ruining the accusing association financially. Also, there are real elements of civil liability that might attach themselves to individual members. RUN...DON'T WALK...AWAY FROM THIS IDEA
