Hi all- 

Given the stupidity demonstrated by our bureaucrats in the lack of search for the next ELE impactor, and assuminng normal solar system accretion mechanisms elsewhere, extending this well demonstrated stupidity throughout the Universe results in no intelligent life anywhere.

Thus I think that the Search for Extra-Terrestrial Stupidity (SETS) would have a far higher likelyhood of being successful. And just think of the ratings a re-broadcast of "Life with Lizard" would get! :p)
