[meteorite-list] Meteorite type/fall dealer pricing list

Hi List,

A while back, someone on the list published a list of prices that
various dealers charge for certain meteorite types and falls.  As I
recall, one paid about $5 and received a copy via email.  Can someone
point me to the author or a copy of the report.  I'd like to see/buy.
