[meteorite-list] New meteor tracking software (Forward to list fromMarc Fries)

UFOCapture has been around for several years now, and is very good. It's 
what most independent meteor capture systems are using. I recommend it 
to most people who are setting up allsky cameras. The multiple station 
orbit analysis works just fine.
