Hi All,

I would just like to say that the point of a giant check or no giant check 
should not be of major importance. The entire squabble itself does not make 
anyone "look good". The important issue here is that the people who lost 
homes and belongings that they cherished will eventually recieve some 
additional help trying to put back together their lives. How they get the 
money...Who cares, as long as they get it.
