[meteorite-list] Classification of new iron meteorites

Dear List,

we have been told that J.T. Wasson at UCLA currently is the only scientist who takes in new irons for analysis and classification. Regarding Germany it seems that our country has no longer any capacity for instrumental neutron activation analysis of iron meteorites. What about other European countries or the Vernadsky institute for example?

We are interested to learn if there are any adept followers stepping into the footsteps of the Grandmaster of irons.
