[meteorite-list] Handling rust problems after buying Irons

Well since you made the issue public here is my take
on it. Frankly, I am astonished that you are
astonished that iron actually rusts. Did you think
that meteoritical iron is immune?

Did you always handle these with gloves to avoid
imparting salt containing sweat onto the surface? Keep
them stored in a low humidity environment? Treat them
for Lawrencite Disease when you first noticed it like
the dealer told you how to?

I am a bit skeptical that Nandan/Nantan etc shows no
rust since you acquired it. Before you go demanding
your money back perhaps you should acquaint yourself
with the "care and feeding" of meteorite specimens.

Is there a Meteorite Veterinarian in the house that
would treat these ailing pets?
