Interesting point Mark,

from my experiences there is besides the problem to gain some publicity in
USA at the new collectors for the European dealers or dealer-collectors,
the fact that some US-collectors tend to by somewhat shy in contacting or
ordering from European offerors, perhaps they think it's complicate:
problems because of the languague barriers, the duration of shipping, the
mode of payments and are not sure, whether they couls return the specimen,
if they are not satisfied?
But this apprehensions are unjustified. All European sellers know some
sufficient English, most of them do have Paypal, all of them accept checks
too, shipment takes in general 5-7days and of course all will take back the
specimen, if the collector isn't happy with it.

Hey, let's just introduce some European sellers for the newbies!
My part is Germany: Here some reliable meteorite dealers and collectors
from Germany (in alphabetically order):

Still quite new, he aims for the highest standard with success. Turns his
attention to the historic aspects of meteorites,
see also the excellent reports on his homepage. Is marketing his own finds
soon and is known for his high quality reprints of antiquarian pictures of
meteorite specimens and falls. Sparsely in US- and german ebay.
