this is currently untrue. you can export all you want from Libya now without 
state department aproval. Most trade sanctions against the country have been 
lifted since their acceptance of responsibility over the lockerbie bombing 
and efforts to have an internationally verified dismantlement of their 
weapons of mass destruction programs..

the only trade with Libya that is stillo illegal involvs SELLING them high 
speed computers. weapons, and hardware used int he production of certain 
military items.
