[DogParkList] Applescript Test for Looked Up Callsign

Is there a way in a MacLoggerDX "Log" script to test to see if "theCall" was just previously looked up, in say a "Lookup" script, in order to skip doing that and overwriting the QSO start time established at the time of lookup? I don't see a way in the dictionary.
