[DogParkList] cocoaModem and MacLoggerDX PTT

W7AY has updated cocoaModem to 2.0 v0.82, but of special interest to MacLoggerDX users the PTT scripts are now automatically chosen for the version of MacLoggerDX you are running...

"When MacLoggerDX is selected as the PTT device, cocoaModem now checks if the active copy of MacLoggerDX is version 4 or version 5. Before v0.82, cocoaModem had used MacLoggerDX v4 AppleScripts for PTT; cocoaModem will now choose between the two different AppleScripts (MacLoggerDX v4 and v5 require different AppleScripts to engage PTT)."
