[DogParkList] MacLoggerDX Cluster Spots

Version 5.22 Beta 8 includes a DXClusters Spots Panel with Band Filter.

The old dxcluster panel is still there (Cluster Panel)  but now you can choose a formatted spots list (Spots Panel) with Country and Band display, integrated band filtering and bands worked list (either by call or by DXCC).
