[DogParkList] MacDoppler rotor control

Hi,

I looked in the manual but didn't see a way to adjust the rate at  
which the rotor positions are updated.  It appears it happens about  
once/second.  I would like to slow down the rate a little to save wear  
and tear on my rotors.

I am using MacDoppler 2.07 with an LVB Tracker and G-5500 rotors.

I guess I could attack this problem in the firmware for the LVB  
Tracker but was curious if this was already something available on the  
MacDoppler side.
