[DogParkList] How to send DX spots

I have read through the user manual (at least the bits that I believe would
be likely to yield the information I'm looking for) but I am unable to see a
simple way of sending a dxspot other than by manually typing it in the
dxcluster window in the required format.

Am I missing something obvious?
