[DogParkList] The recent MacLoggerDX review

I agree with all of that - MLDX has died-in-the-wool PC users gapping
at the 3D map (and the 2D map) and wondering if they should switch
platforms. All the other features have the same affect.
I don't know what I'd do if MLDX was no longer around. I considered
the cost extremely reasonable when I first purchased it. Having now
had the benefit of 4 years use and unbelievable service from Don, I
consider the cost to be tantamount to 'free'!

I fully expect Don to charge for an upgrade to the cocoa version of
MLDX. I for one will be waiting at the head of the line - credit card
in hand, forcing it into Don's hand and saying "I don't care, just
sell me the software"!

Some people wonder why people like me would pay the total cost of my
K3, up front, 3 days after announcement and then wait 8 months before
I got the rig (and I only just got the sub-receiver this week, still
waiting for the Voice Recorder and not complaining).

I put Dog Park Software in the same league as Elecraft and have faith
in both companies and their founders.
That faith extends to supporting them when required.

Don, I'm sure by now, enough of us have extended our grateful thanks
to you for the superb job you do of maintaining MLDX and adding
features as required (I have in mind the great, extremely fast, work
you did to support the K3 for one thing), that you KNOW your work is
much appreciated. Let me just add my name to that list.

BTW, I'm always surprised at how Apple Mail manages to pick a suitable
'random' signature!

Don‘t complain. Nobody will understand. Or care. And certainly don‘t try
to fix the situation yourself. It‘s dangerous. Leave it to a highly
untrained, unqualified, expendable professional.
