[DogParkList] K3 Power Out

This last weekend I participated briefly in the ARCI QRP contest.  I  
was using my new K3/100 and had the "report power" box checked in the  
preference pane.

What I discovered is that when the K3 is dialed down to 5.0 watts, the  
reported power in MDLX shows up as 050 as opposed to 005.   Is that a  
problem with MDLX or with the K3?
