[DogParkList] SRX, STX Strings on QSL

Attached is a QSL I was going to print. Luckily I looked at it  
carefully. Please note the CT, CT at the end of the "Please QSL" line.  
According to the manual these are the STX, SRX fields. I did have CT  
in the STX field, but the SRX field had "1000" in it.

1) Is there a bug that STX is appearing twice?
2) It would be nice if there was a check box on the QSL page so that  
printing these is a choice. I really don't want to HAVE to send this  
information when I send a QSL.
