[DogParkList] Question mark in CQ Zone

[Gustavo Berges]

Anyone found a way to disable the Alarm for a CQ Zone not in the log when
the CQ field has a question mark? My alarm advises any time a question mark
is in this field, even if I have the region zone confirmed. Thanks.
