Hello to all.

With reference to MacloogerDX

The file usstates.dat that uses macloggerdx for the WAS award, in my  
view is not correct, since the WAS includes only the 48 states  
continental more alaska and hawaii, but the file macloogerdx includes  
others like AMERICAN SAMOA (AS) PUERTO RICO (PR), DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA  
(DC).
I personally believe that the file usstates.dat should contain only  
the 50 states eligible for WAS.

You believe that?.
