[DogParkList] Noise

I was told it was due to a differential in the ground of the radio and the
computer it is hooked up to. I tried various ways to have both on the same
ground, putting in a screw to the laptop and .... At the end, gave up and
lived with it ever since. Really curious to know if anyone resolved?
