Correct.

Sorry if I was unclear - the only way to get 0.01 kHz is with the VFO
slider and the shift key.
You can configure the PoweMate to send any key combination in
response to rotate right or rotate left.
So the choices are 0.1 kHz, 1.0 kHz and 10.0 kHz with the Keyboard up/
down arrows sent from the PowerMate.
Or 0.5 kHz 5.0 kHz and 50.0 kHz with the Keyboard left/right arrows
sent from the PowerMate.
That's quite a range - 6 choices between 0.1 kHz and 50 kHz with the
powermate.

I find it very useful for scanning quickly across the band, or
picking out stations within a sub-band. YMMV
