Good morning all.

I notice of all the reviews of the program, the average is 4.9, that equates
to a 98%.  Then along comes this outlier at 3/5, or 60% compared to an
average score of 98%.  If I was conducting research on the quality of the
product, while I would read the review - and consider the comments, but it
would not drive the work.

As for personal stuff happening - Don - we are with you.  We all have
similar experiences.  One of my greatest regrets about 20 years service in
the US Army is that I was deployed over seas when first my father, and then
my mother passed.

Today, I have my mother in-law with us while she is under home Hospice.  The
stuff that happens in life does shift our priorities - as it should.
