[DogParkList] Two line elements error

It could be the line endings in the file depending on the editor you
used.

I used TextWrangler (BBEdit) to edit the kepler.dat file right in the
MacDoppler/Contents/Resources folder and added your CHIPSAT data and
it worked fine.

You could also download keps, edit them and import.
