[DogParkList] Two line elements error

[Judd Sheets]

I need to track Chipsat and I copied the two line elements from  
Celestrack, copied them into a text file called Chipsat kepler.dat  
and imported them into MacDoppler. Chipsat shows up in track list,  
but AOS does not change, Az and El are shown as "nan"

Any idea what is going on?
