Hi Ron,

	I recommend Tiger Direct (www.tigerdirect.com).  I have ordered many
computer parts from them and they are fair in quality and price.   They
will ship overseas, but you have to place the order over the phone.
Look in the "Help" section of their site for International Orders
information.
