cocoModem and MacLoggerDX will use what ever method you have set in  
the Keyer Window for PTT - DTR, RTS or Software.

If it works in the CW Keyer Window, it will work from cocoaModem.

You didn't say what kind of USB/Serial connection you have to the  
IC-7400 - or if you had DTR or RTS wired to key the PTT ?
