[DogParkList] Dog Park email reflector

Hello,

Anthony Rodgers (VA7IRL) has volunteered to help out with the Dog  
Park email reflector.

Anthony has been a list member for several years, and an IT guy for  
many years longer than that.

Anthony is an avid contester and has been active in Amateur radio  
since 2002, he is also the Western Correspondent for the Canadian  
Amateur Radio Bulletin (http://www.hfradio.net) and Secretary of the  
Vancouver Emergency Community Telecommunications Organization (http:// 
www.vector.comm.sfu.ca).

Anthony and I are both hoping that we can make this list much more  
useful in helping members learn more about the software as well as  
solving any problems that might come up.
