I've found the Linksys easy to confuse if the configuration includes Port Forwarding and Specific Port Opening, or if you add the DMZ feature.

Once these are set I found I couldn't completely clear the effects until I did a full reboot (the resent bitton for a minute) of the router.

As Don mentions the implimentation of Triggering/Forwarding/... is spotty.  I'll double check how I finally got mine set, but EchoMac does work.
