[DogParkList] MacLoggerDX eMail Alarms

Waiting for that last country for DXCC in your log ? How about the  
last state or two for WAS ?

Starting with version 4.0.9b9 - MacLoggerDX can eMail you when alarm  
conditions like these are met and rare or needed DX stations pop up  
on the RF or Telnet clusters.

The Alarm eMail address is set in the Station info dialog and can be  
a regular eMail address or SMS mailbox for your cellphone, BlackBerry  
or pager.

The Prefs Panel allows you to choose the Alarm conditions and the  
means of notification: None, Beep, Speech, email, etc.

(Currently works only with recent versions of Mail.app under OS X but  
the script can be modified for other mail clients.)
