That would indicate that it is one of the control lines keying the rig.
They are toggled when MacLoggerDX opens the port connected to the 
microHAM.

The fact that it randomly keys later on indicates that the port is 
being opened and closed by MacLoggerDX - possibly because of a 
communications problem. When MacLoggerDX has a problem communicating 
with the rig it closes the port and then opens it again.

You might want to try different Delay values in the Prefs Panel, if 
that fails enable the Debug log.
