Try disabling DTR and/or RTS in the MLDX Preferences Panel.

They are the lines that the microHAM interface uses for PTT and CW 
keying so you don't want MLDX to force them. disabling them in the 
Prefs Panel puts those lines under the control of the MLDX Keyer 
dialog.
