Good idea. You can do this now in the DXCC sub panel by entering values 
for the "Band" filter.
Entering "17" for example shows LSR check marks for only those contacts 
on 17 meters. The Total QSO's "Worked" and "Confirmed" count are 
displayed for 17 meters as well.

You probably know this already, but just in case - dupes cause the 
"Previous" panel label to blink - but a beep sound could be added or an 
announcement like the alarm for DX Spot DXCC id's that are not already 
in your log.

Not sure I understand this one - I'll get back to you offline.

Good idea.

Good idea - a rewrite to the database - and confusing for the user who 
expects that the database format is open and documented - but still a 
good idea.
