The first part is already done. MacLoggerDX exports ADIF.
If the ARRL had bothered to provided a TrustedQSL certificate program
for Macintosh as they had for Windows and Linux - that would be all
that is necessary.
There is source code on Source Forge for the Windows and Linux
versions, and it is supposed to be OS Independent but as far as I know
no-one trying to build it under OS X has been successful so far.
I have copied a number of the people who were engaged in this (as well
as the Dog Park List and the Ham-Mac List) to see if there has been any
progress,
