[DogParkList] MacDopplerPRO VFO Slider Response

I have posted MacDopplerPRO and MacDopplerPRO X v 1.8.8b2 which
improves VFO Slider Response considerably on some of the older,
slower Macs under OS 9 and OS X.

The Command Delay value in the Port Configuration Dialog should
be kept as close to zero as possible.
