[DogParkList] MacLoggerDX and eQSL.net

I have adjusted the ADIF output of MacLoggerDX to be fully compatible 
with eQSL and to identify itself in this version:

<ftp://dogparksoftware.com/MacLoggerDX3.1b3.sit>

You can export your whole log, or just those entries that you have 
selected the record numbers of.

eQSL does not have MacLoggerDX in their database yet, but I have asked 
them to add it.

I was able to upload ADIF files to it OK, so you might want to give it 
a try.
